The terms of sale are as follows:

 

• All works are originals, unless otherwise indicated.

• Copyright of work is held by the artist. The artist has the right to use photographs of the painting for marketing or reproduction purposes.

• Copying or photographing the painting for the intention of sale or for use in the client’s personal business advertising is prohibited without the artist’s written consent or compensation.

• The artwork cannot be exhibited in public without written approval of the artist. The artist must be acknowledged as the creator of the artwork.

• Possession and ownership of the artwork remains with the artist until she has been paid the full amount owed to her.

• The purchaser is responsible for any shipping or traveling expenses.

• The artist may request that the work be used for a retrospective show for a maximum of 3 months.

• Resale or transfer of work requires that I be informed of the new owner and the price of the sale. Should the price be more than $1000 over the original price stated herein, 10% of the amount over the original price shall be given to the artist by the seller.

• All sales are final.
